CEREMONY DECORATION NEEDS:
ALTAR ARRANGEMENTS:
(altar arrangement considerations should be planned as size appropriate arrangements, which can be utilized at the reception as well for additional atmosphere on gift tables, cake tables, etc., in order to
maximize value.)
PEW ARRANGEMENTS: yes no If yes, how many
(pew arrangements can be spread out down the isle, doing every other, or every third pew. These can also be designed to serve as centerpieces at the reception with minimal adjustments required, which will maximize your visual affects at both the ceremony and the reception, also to maximize value, as well as allowing your guests to believe you spent more money than you did because they do not recognize the transition from pews to tabletops)
ISLE RUNNER: yes no
Isle runners are not necessary, and often are not allowed by the church. Check your church rules first. The reasons for having an isle runner is to add more visual, but primarily to protect the bottom of your wedding dress if the weather is not ideal on your wedding day – remember that all your guests walk down the isle before you do, with whatever they carry on the bottom of their shoes being left on the path you will walk. The isle runner is pulled down after guests are seated and before wedding party proceeds down the isle.
UNITY CANDLE: yes no
(If you choose to have a unity candle, we recommend plain white or ivory candles with matching taper candles on our rented silver or crystal holders to minimize costs. No one really needs an elaborate unity candle left over after their wedding because it usually becomes a burden as to how to care for it and where to store it).
MEMORIAL ARRANGEMENT: yes no
(In honor of deceased relatives, which sits on the altar and would have mention in your wedding program “flowers on the altar are in memory of those loved ones who are not with us today .
(e.g. grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, friends)
RECEPTION NEEDS:
Number of table centerpieces: will your tables be round or banquet? (This number should be based upon number of anticipated guests, seating 10 people per table – whether you will have round or banquet style tables helps determine the presentation of your centerpieces)
CAKE FLOWES: yes no If yes, describe cake design (e.g. number of layers, stacked, columns, fountain, etc. - There are many wonderful wedding cakes that will not require the addition of flowers. If you are considering fresh flowers for your cake, we usually suggest a cluster of flowers that coordinate with you those used in Bridal bouquet, and then perhaps petals around the base of the cake with votive candles surrounding your cake for ambience.)
OTHER NEEDS
(Other needs might include guest book, plants, pedestals and/or other enhancements to create an atmosphere fitting with the theme or desired presentation of your wedding).
Please let me know your color choices for everything and whether you think you would like your flowers with a lot of color, specific colors, or monochromatic. Also let me know what flowers you really like, if any, and what flowers you do not like, if any.
Describe in three words what impression you want and you want your guests to have from your wedding (some examples are sophisticated, casual, elegant, fun, etc.)
